Today i found that DHL ships to three different countries called Israel:
This confirms what i always new, the West Bank ans Gaza strip are both part of Israel.
Just for kicks i check to see if i could ship something to Palestine, of which most of the West bank, Gaza strip and some parts of Israel are a part of, this is what i found under "P":
