For some reason i went through one of the spam emails and found this bit of info on their "daily bulletin":
Students are expected to attend college, but many can't afford to (The Sun Chronicle)
Teenagers are expected to graduate from high school and continue their education in college, but just the thought of college tuition can frighten them away.
The economy is slowly improving, but the unemployment rate continues to bounce up and down. Unemployed students are scared of being in serious debt after college.
Why can't the state schools lower tuition so more students can attend college after they finish high school?

I teach for Bridgewater state, and last semester, when i learned that my students pay 17K$ a year to go to a school that is fully owned and operated by the government, i was shocked. Now that i see that in fact this is one of the cheapest schools in the area i am even more shocked.
Occupy? Protest? Nothing.
Suckers are born every day.
