הצעת חוק פרטית של ח"כ זבולון אורלב, האוסרת פרסום הסתה לשלילת קיומה של מדינת ישראל כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית. בהצעה נאמר כי מי שיקרא לשלילת קיומה של המדינה, ועל פי תוכנו של הפרסום יש אפשרות סבירה שיביא לעשיית מעשה של שנאה, בוז או אי נאמנות למדינה או לרשויות השלטון או המשפט - דינו יהיה מאסר לשנה.
ועדת השרים לענייני חקיקה אישרה הצעת חוק פרטית שלפיה ייאסר לציין את יום העצמאות ואת עצם הקמתה של מדינת ישראל כיום אבל או יום צער
מוצע לאסור בחוק פעולות שיש בהן משום ציון יום העצמאות או הקמת המדינה כיום אבל, והטלת עונש חמור על אלו המנצלים את אופייה הדמוקרטי והנאור של מדינת ישראל - על מנת למוטטה מבפנים
and then one wonders, if "israeli" means he can be smelled a mile away, kinda like the jews were spotted out by the nazis.
if an israeli law enfrocment official would ever read this blog, i would most likly be arrested, tried and convicted of having the wring thoughts, immoral ideas, and of course blatently disrespecting the nature of israel as a jewish and democratic state, its right to exist and the fact that the day of its inception, and its inception as a fact have maimed the world, and caused irreprible damage to millions - and in turn has evolved from a bright, enlightened nation of smart, educated white europians, to an uncivilized, degraded, degenarated, corrupt and disallusioned mess and jumble of multi cultural society with a fascist, nazi, racist bigot regime and general disposition. what a waste of air.
i say it loud and clear, they should shut down this country, and every other word is redundent. the sooner the safer we will all be. and so will they be.
