Color services + colortek Boston = waste of film, time and money
Just to be clear - I have tried color services, and colortek more then twice each, and gave then the benefit of the doubt each and every time - and nothing has changes.
They both SUCK!
I got:
Huge halos of higher density around where the clamp marks are.
Uneven development through the sheet.
Water dry down sediment marks.
These are all the things you can see that are visible to the naked eye... should i go on?
What a fucking waste of time effort and money, not to mention the waste of film.
brrrr.

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro man
I saw this Logo HERE, it is the website of a guy who calls himself a CPP, i am guessing this means Certified Professional Photographer. Nothing to do with the Jobo machine of the same name.
He claims that less then 3% of the photographers in the US have this certification, but does not bother to say who actually gives it, and according to what standards if any is it awarded. Does this take in to account all the Iphone photographers, equipment masterbators and a plethora of people who entitle themselves "Photographers" (like me...)?
I should start wearing my titles everywhere to. Perhaps then people will find it easier to entrust their most cherished memories with me.
